I'm Gina Rattanakone,

a Lao-American story artist, illustrator, and designer.

My work is primarily in the film or animation industry, but I have a foundation in graphic design and illustration.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor's in Arts, Technology, & Emerging Communications in Animation.

Sabaidee, chef !

Sabaidee Chef is my undergrad senior capstone project,

designed to pay homage to oral culinary traditions and

preserve Lao food in a modern digital space.

Food is my love language! This digital cookbook documents

my family recipes as 2D illustrations in a re-designed website. Anybody from all walks of life are able to cook

these dishes for themselves!
